Empower Connect Foundation is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our Board of Directors. The Secretary plays a crucial role in keeping the nonprofit running smoothly by managing key administrative tasks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize meeting minutes, board records, and legal documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating board meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with nonprofit governance policies.
  • Help with official correspondence and record-keeping.
  • Support grant applications and funding documentation as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage documents, deadlines, and communication efficiently.

Empower Connect Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to education, mentorship, and workforce development for individuals with limited resources. We serve as a liaison between underserved communities and life-changing opportunities, ensuring financial barriers don’t prevent motivated individuals from accessing the tools they need to build successful futures.

Through donations and community partnerships, we provide sponsored access to professional growth platforms equipping individuals from low-income backgrounds, public housing, technical programs, and reentry pathways with the skills and support necessary to thrive.
