Inclusive Theater Volunteers Needed!

Stepping Stone Community Theater is an inclusive theater company where individuals with varying physical, emotional and learning abilities have the experience of performing in a full-scale theatrical production, while partnered alongside actors from the local theater community. We are currently in search of volunteers to assist our actors in our spring production of Seussical Jr.

Here at Stepping Stone, we don’t only offer meaningful theater. We offer a meaningful, one of a kind volunteer experience as well. We cannot succeed without volunteers. We offer flexibility and training for all volunteers, which is why experience with people with disabilities is great, but not required. We recommend that volunteers be 16+. Our volunteers work one on one with our actors with disabilities in rehearsals and onstage during shows, offering support wherever needed. We encourage you to consider volunteering with us for our spring production for an experience that will bring you joy, laughter, and new friends.

Experience is preferred, but also not required. We have rehearsals Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm-8pm at Open Sky in Whitinsville. We are very flexible with scheduling, but all volunteers MUST be available for tech week 6/23-6/25 (evening rehearsals) and for our performances, 6/26 and 6/27 at 7pm and 6/28 at 2pm.
