If you would like patient interaction and like to be active, this role is for you. As a Department Aide in Day Surgery, you'll help patients and vamileis during their departure, helping with tasks like wheelchair transport, providing comfort items and answering questions.
Volunteers at Park Nicollet are valued members of the care team and help to provide the warm welcoming environment we strive for. More than 1,200 volunteers give over 100,000 hours of time a year helping to enhance the care of patients, their families and guests in our hospital and clinics.
