As a Volunteer Website Analyst & SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving our website’s visibility, engagement, and automation workflows. Your work will ensure that more people discover our mission, more donations are made, and more humanitarian aid is delivered.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, website analytics, and automation.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console), and Mailchimp.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to interpret user data and recommend improvements.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Your Role

As a Website Analyst & SEO Specialist, your work will enhance Nova Ukraine’s online presence, optimize user journeys, and improve engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze & optimize SEO to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
• Track user behavior using Google Analytics and provide insights on visitor interactions.
• Evaluate & improve Mailchimp automation workflows based on user data.
• Monitor website engagement to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Generate reports with actionable insights to refine our digital strategy.

Would be a plus

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Make.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools

Working terms

• Volunteer role (unpaid).
• Remote work with collaboration via Slack and Asana.
• Reports to the Website Project Manager.
