What We’re Lookin For

• 3+ years of experience in website testing or QA.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Donorbox, or similar platforms.
• A keen eye for UI/UX usability and functional testing.
• Experience using bug tracking tools (Asana) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a mission-driven team.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher) and native Ukrainian speaker preferred.

Your Role

As a Website QA Tester, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that Nova Ukraine’s website functions smoothly so we can maximise donations, inform the public, and mobilise support.

What You’ll Do

• Test and troubleshoot Nova Ukraine’s WordPress, Wix, and Donorbox platforms for bugs, broken links, and usability issues.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly and accessible for donors, volunteers, and aid recipients.
• Log issues in Asana and collaborate with the Website Project Manager to refine the QA process.
• Maintain and update QA documentation in Confluence.
• Support website accessibility efforts to ensure information is available to all users, including people with disabilities.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with nonprofits.
• Volunteering experience.
• Experience in accessibility testing.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools.

Work conditions:

• Volunteer role (unpaid).
• Remote work with flexible collaboration via Slack and Asana.
• Reports to the Website Project Manager.
