Join Riverway Volunteers on Sunday, April 27th for a friendly cleanup competition!
St. Croix National Scenic Riverway is a popular place for paddling, fishing, or simply taking in the beauty. Bring your family and friends and help care for this special place, all while enjoying a spring day outdoors. Volunteers have the option to register to cleanup on the St. Croix River or Namekagon River (See St. Croix River Spring Cleanup opportunity here St. Croix River Spring Cleanup. )
Volunteers will stop by one of the visitor centers to check in, where they will be provided with trash grabbers, trash bags, maps, and be able to choose what landings they go to on a first come first serve basis.
This drop in style cleanup competition will run from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm, with staff tallying trash totals and declaring a winner between the St. Croix River and Namekagon River!
