My name is Melissa Horne, and I am with the Women Presidents Organization (WPO).

We are thrilled to announce that our 2 8 th annual conference for Women Entrepreneurs will be taking place at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa.

We greatly appreciate your interest in volunteering at our event!

Your support means a lot to us.

We are seeking volunteers for May 4 th thru May 6 th to assist with tasks such as gift bag stuffing, unboxing merchandise pallets, and various other duties (see below).

If you need to cancel your commitment at any point, kindly notify me directly so that we can arrange for additional support.

TASKS NEEDED:

Gift bag stuffing will involve:
*unwrapping bags
*opening boxes
*stuffing 5-6 gift items into tote bags

(Mon-Wed) 9:30 pm to 3:30 PM
