Role Overview:
True Connection is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Manager to help oversee and coordinate our growing team of volunteers. This role is essential in ensuring that each volunteer-whether they’re working in social media, content creation, editing, or design-is supported, aligned with our mission, and empowered to contribute effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support all volunteer roles (social media, graphic design, blog management, article editing, etc.).
• Act as the primary point of contact for volunteers, answering questions and providing guidance.
• Ensure all volunteers understand their roles, responsibilities, and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding for new volunteers, making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.
• Check in regularly with volunteers to provide feedback, encouragement, and support.
• Manage scheduling and deadlines, ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
• Identify opportunities for skill growth and match volunteers with tasks that align with their strengths.
• Help recruit and vet new volunteers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in team management, volunteer coordination, or community engagement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and support a diverse team of creative contributors.
• Comfortable using email, project management tools, and scheduling platforms.
• Passion for sustainability, education, and digital community-building.
