Role Overview:
True Connection is seeking a Blog Manager to help oversee our digital learning space, Resilient by Design. This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, editing, and strategic content management skills who is passionate about interconnectedness, sustainability, and mindful living.

As Blog Manager, you’ll play a key role in vetting and guiding potential writers, ensuring high-quality, well-sourced content, and aligning all articles with True Connection’s mission, brand voice, and messaging strategy. You’ll also help with copywriting, content organization, and refining articles to maximize clarity and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, vet, and interview potential writers to ensure alignment with True Connection’s mission and content standards.
• Edit, refine, and format articles to maintain a high standard of quality, clarity, and storytelling.
• Fact-check and vet citations/sources, ensuring all claims are credible and properly referenced.
• Provide writing guidance and feedback to contributors, helping them strengthen their storytelling and align with our brand voice.
• Organize and manage the blog’s content calendar, ensuring articles flow logically within our broader storytelling strategy.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all content reflects True Connection’s core themes and values.
• Assist with copywriting and content refinement across blog articles, social media, and newsletters.
• Work closely with the True Connection team to ensure strategic alignment between blog content and our broader initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong editing, writing, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in content strategy, blogging, or journalism.
• Fact-checking and research skills (understanding how to vet credible sources).
• Understanding of SEO best practices (not required but a plus).
• Strong organizational skills for content planning and management.
• Experience guiding and providing feedback to writers.
• Passion for sustainability, interconnectedness, and meaningful storytelling.
