Join the HSLC team in supporting our "Christmas in July" Auction by helping us gather exciting items for this annual event. As a volunteer, your main responsibility will be reaching out to potential donors and businesses to request items for this popular auction. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a live-saving cause from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send a pre-written letter to local businesses, individuals and past donors requesting donations for the auction.
• Complete online donation forms, as needed.
• Along with other auction volunteers, update your progress on a master spreadsheet.
• Follow up with potential donors as necessary to confirm donations.

Skills:

• Strong written communication skills
• Basic organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a fun and impactful community event

Hours are flexible and depend on your schedule.
