Our Information Age Communityy project integrates the rural-urban economies and restores demographic balance to Small Town America- a renaissance if you will.

After decades of R&D we are preparing to begn implementation with a fund raising program. Social media will play a major role in the broader effort. We need someone to help structure that program and to review materials.

Need to engage the community as we are challenging the status quo of government silos through integration of technology, transit and leadership. By creating a Community Voice for self governance, the Community Sector can/should regain its role as balancing the excesses of the Public and Private Sectors

About Tele-Commuter Resources

Location:

4315 Virginia Avenue, St Paul, MN 55126, US

Mission Statement

Restoring rural viability by integrating our rural and urban economies via virtual applications, transit and a leadership structure based upon the market's socio-economic orientation to metropolitan areas

Description

After many years of research, Tele-Commuter Resources has developed the Information Age Community project. It's dynamic boundary is based upon markets not political boundaries defined by pioneer surveyor s and geologic land forms. Its goal is to integrate our urban-rural economies and represents the first Comprehensive Development Plan for Minnesota and surrounding communities.

The workplan was developed by 100 participants over a one-year period using our patented e-Consensus Forum.

Our efforts began with strategic telework which begins the paradigm shift from the Industrial Age centralization model to the Information Age model of decentralization. Unfortunately, in many policy and operational arenas we remain locked in the Industrial mindset. Our Workforce Virtualization Program (WVP) addresses many of the remote worker issues that should have totally invalidated the dominant ad hoc approach. The WVP is based upon reducing congestion and its environmental and energy related impacts, facility "right-sizing", enhanced, and accountable, performance and a greater ROI. If you provide a Suite of Telecommuting Services that supports your activities electronically, you can live anywhere while simultaneously putting people back into our neighborhoods and small towns. TCR's assessment tools in managing the workforce, curriculum optimization, and health care delivery are a few of the basic tools to move society into the Information Age
