About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Founder of SBBI Enterprise Inc., William James Johnson.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the organization's revitalization and growth.
The position will initially be part-time (six hours per week), working virtually from home.
A company tablet and phone will be provided. As SBBI's revenue increases, work hours will also increase, eventually leading to dedicated office space and additional staffing support.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual with a strong commitment to SBBI's mission and core values.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Financial Management: Manage the Founder’s personal and business finances, including a split income system deposited into separate trust account for personal and business use.
Disburse funds as needed for the Founder’s well-being and business operations, based on established guidelines.
Oversee a third savings account. (Example: Reconciling bank statements, processing invoices, tracking expenses, preparing financial reports for both personal and business accounts).
Schedule and Travel Management: Manage complex and ever-changing personal and business calendars, coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation), and prepare detailed itineraries. (Example: Scheduling meetings, booking flights and hotels, managing visa applications, preparing travel expense reports).
Communication Management:
Manage personal and business email accounts, handle correspondence (letters, emails, phone calls), and act as a point of contact for the Founder.
