Camp is an opportunity for grieving youth ages 7-17 to be with friends their age who have also experienced the death of someone close to them. Connecting with others who have shared experiences helps us know that we are not alone in our grief.

Brooke's Place supports grieving young people and their families in the belief that hope for tomorrow begins today.
Description
Brooke's Place is a community based not-for-profit organization which provides grief support to young people ages 3 - 20+ and their parents/guardians. Support groups meet twice monthly year-round. All services are free and an at-cost meal is served each program night. Hands on activities including crafts, art materials, games and other grieving aids provide supportive tools during group time. These activities are designed to help young people identify their fears, concerns and grief reactions. All individuals learn coping skills to help them manage their grief, lessen the pain of their sadness and help them reconcile the death of their loved ones.
