The L3 Annual Leadership Conference is a three-day transformative experience where young women participate in interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership training. The conference serves as a platform for growth, inspiration, and community-building, equipping attendees with the skills they need to become leaders in their personal and professional lives.

Event Dates: May 16, 2025 - May 18, 2025

Locations:

  • Southgate Campus Center - 667 W. Pensacola St., Tallahassee, FL
  • Turnbull Conference Center - 555 W. Pensacola St., Tallahassee, FL

Volunteer Roles & Responsibilities

Group Leaders (Overnight) (ALL 3 DAYS)

  • Supervise and mentor young women attending the conference overnight.
  • Must be available from Friday, May 16 at 4:00 PM through Sunday, May 18 at 2:00 PM.
  • Lodging and meals will be provided.

Day Volunteers (Choose One or Multiple Days)

  • Assist with conference operations, workshops, and attendee engagement.
  • Help with event logistics such as registration, guiding attendees, and workshop coordination.

Friday, May 16 | Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 PM

Saturday, May 17 | Check-in: 8:30 AM | Check-out: 6:00 PM

Sunday, May 18 | Check-in: 7:30 AM | Check-out: 2:00 PM

Annual Conference Committee Member

  • Support event planning before the conference.
  • Help coordinate logistics, speakers, and outreach.

Volunteer Requirements & Orientation

Required Forms:

All volunteers will need to complete the following forms prior to conference:

  • Emergency Contact Form
  • Affidavit of Good Moral Character
  • Background Authorization (Easy Process - Photo ID required, notarization provided in-house)
