About the Project:
The H4BF Mobile Clinic Project aims to provide free healthcare services-including medical consultations, maternal and child health support, vaccinations, and health education-to displaced people who have fled the crisis in the North West and South West (NWSW) regions of Cameroon. Our mission is to bridge the healthcare gap for these vulnerable populations with limited access to medical facilities, ensuring no one is left behind.
We Need Volunteers With Skills In:
- Healthcare: Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Pharmacists, Lab Technicians
- Mental Health: Counselors, Psychologists
- Community Outreach: Health Educators, Social Workers
- Support Services: Translators (English/French/Local Languages), Logistics, Data Entry, Drivers
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering medical services and health education
- Support logistics and clinic setup in remote and hard-to-reach areas
- Engage with displaced communities to promote health awareness
- Provide translation and administrative support

Description
Founded in 2009 and registered in 2014, H4BF is a nonprofit organization empowering vulnerable communities in Cameroon through clean energy, vocational training, economic empowerment, and humanitarian assistance. Our initiatives have impacted 400,000+ people, particularly in rural and crisis-affected regions.
We equip youth, women, and marginalized groups with skills, resources, and opportunities to break cycles of poverty, build resilience, and foster economic growth. H4BF has established 7 solar solution centers, distributed 1,500+ solar lamps, and trained 500+ youth annually in renewable energy, entrepreneurship, and digital skills.
Our impact includes 93 Community Health Workers trained, 50+ green businesses launched, and 50,000+ people benefiting from mobile clinics. Through innovation, strategic partnerships, and community-driven solutions, we work toward a sustainable and empowered future where no one is left behind.

REQUIREMENTS

- Volunteers should be 18+, adaptable, and in good health. Roles include healthcare professionals, community outreach, logistics, and M&E. A minimum two-week commitment is required, with flexibility for longer stays.
