Asante Aid for Children and Schools in Africa is a Nonprofit Organization registered under the Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority (formerly NGOs Co-ordination Board), a State corporation established under Section 34 of the Public Benefit Organizations (PBO) Act, 2013, which is broadly responsible for the registration and regulation of all charitable organizations in Kenya.
