How You Can Help:

We are calling on all volunteers and Ambassadors to join us for this milestone event! Your involvement will help ensure our guests have a memorable and impactful experience.

Volunteer Roles Needed:

Friday, March 28th - Setup Day:

• Event Setup (Tables, chairs, banners, decorations)
• Organizing branded materials & signage
• Assisting with AV equipment setup
• Preparing the tour route through the warehouse
• Setting up the ribbon-cutting area with the Glendale Chamber of Commerce

Saturday, March 29th - Rebranding Launch Event:

• Tour Guides: Lead guests through the warehouse and share overviews of H.E.L.P. programs. (Wear red button-up shirts or H.E.L.P. logo shirts with black bottoms)
• Guest Services: Greet attendees, manage check-in, and assist with event flow
• Security: Help ensure a safe and organized event space
• AV Support: Assist with audio-visual needs during the program presentations
• Event Floaters: Step in wherever needed, from supporting the ribbon-cutting ceremony to assisting esteemed guests
• Setup & Teardown: Arrive an hour before and stay an hour after to help prepare and wrap up
