Mission Statement
Mission Statement The National Council on Family and Domestic Violence (NCFDV) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence and their children (ages 16 and older) by providing access to education, career development, and financial independence. Founded in 2011 by two siblings--both survivors--NCFDV seeks to break cycles of abuse by removing financial barriers and creating pathways to higher education, professional growth, and self-sufficiency. Through scholarships, free career training, and financial literacy programs, we equip survivors with the skills and resources necessary to rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.
