About Us:
We empower girls and women to move from hopeless to hopeful!
The Thaddeus Resource Center is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to restore HOPE, inspire GROWTH, and EMPOWER girls and women through mental health, education, life skill development, workforce training, and other supportive services. We pride ourselves in having established an empowering and compassionate culture that promotes open communication and collaboration through our values of Empowerment, Commitment, Hope, Compassion, Community, and Grace.

About the Role:
Mentors will guide and support their mentee, who are Thaddeus' adult women clients, through personal and professional growth in a positive and respectful relationship.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Meet with assigned clients (up to 3 at a time)
- Meet virtually weekly through Microsoft Teams
- Work with women to help achieve professional, academic, and other goals with your mentee.
- Whether it be in the form of networking, resume building, etc.
- Experiences, hobbies, and interests are used to match mentees with mentors to
- Work collaboratively with mentees to reach achievements
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in the U.S.
- Mentors are required to commit a minimum of 1 year
- Must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Through our work, we hope to stop the downward spiral of at-risk and foster youth by providing them with valuable life, college and career development skills, they will be able to reverse their downward spiral so they can become our future leaders.
Our vision is to empower girls and women to move from hopeless to hopeful! We want to give teen mothers, single mothers, mothers of children with special needs, and mothers that are just in need the knowledge, confidence, and the opportunity to provide a better life for the next generation
