If you are interested in welcoming new patients and their families while ensuring they receive the appropriate information regarding volunteer services, this is the activity for you! Each new patient receives a call within the first five days of admission to Bristol. This is the initial interaction with the patient and family and plays an important role in their transition into hospice care.

The delivery of hospice services is integral to complete the continuum of care. Bristol Hospice is the bridge to delivery of end-of-life needs that are focused on pain and symptom management. Bristol hospice provides care for patients in skilled facilities, private homes, and group homes.
Bristol Hospice is proud to partner with the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization and the Department of Veterans Affairs 'We Honor Veterans' program. Bristol Hospice is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care that addresses the unique needs of Veterans and their families.
