Are you creative with a needle and thread? Do you enjoy making memorable and meaningful items for others? We are looking for people like you to craft "memory" items for our patients and families. Memory bears are the most requested, but pillows or even quilts would be wonderful keepsakes for families that have lost a loved one. Hospice would provide many of the of basic supplies needed to create the items and the families would provide the materials (ex: T-shirts, ties etc). You would provide the SKILL and the TIME.

Just because your loved one has entered hospice care, it doesn't mean they've stopped being present in the world. As long as she's talking, she can still sing. As long as his eyes are open, he can still enjoy the beauty of life. The nurses and volunteers in our hospice care program are dedicated to adding life to your loved one's days, not just through pain management, but by creating an environment that fosters beautiful and meaningful moments. In everything we do, our desire is to show God's love in both the most practical and exceptional ways. We want to provide care that makes your loved one feel truly alive.
