The Financial Empowerment Center Volunteer Resume Advisor at Neighbors, Inc. is critical to helping a growing continuum of financial wellness programs (jobs, training and financial education, and working with clients to achieve their financial goals. This position will be a part of a growing Financial Empowerment team with the ultimate goals of improving financial well-being and self-sufficiency for those we serve.

Essential Functions:

· Work with clients and staff to help review and construct a resume for clients through interviews to gain insight into the clients voice, what their desires are, and through information about their past experiences.

Role Qualifications:

· Minimum:

o Have a background with either hiring, resume review, or language skills.

o Be able to meet deadlines

o Good communication skills with staff and clients

o Able and willing to meet with clients and work on multiple cases

· Preferred:

o Currently working as a recruiter or in a role with resume review

o Bilingual: Spanish/English Knowledge
