Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Donor Relations Manager- Volunteer who will foster strong relationships with our donors, ensuring their engagement and continued support.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in donor management and non-profit fundraising.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive donor relations strategy.

* Engage with donors regularly, ensuring their continued support and engagement.

* Collaborate with the Volunteer Fundraising Director to align donor relations and fundraising strategies.

* Maintain detailed records of donor interactions, donations, and outcomes.

* Provide regular communication to stakeholders, offering updates, responding to inquiries, and acknowledging contributions.

Qualifications:

* Significant experience in donor relations in the non-profit sector.

* Experience in leading or motivating individuals and teams

* Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

* Profound understanding of donor relationship building and management.

* Familiarity with digital marketing channels and SEO strategies.

* Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
