Description

Resthaven offers seniors care and resources as they transition to the next stages of life, beginning with independent living and extending through assisted living, short-term rehab, long-term care, and specialized dementia care. Our five service excellence standards - ownership, teamwork, professionalism, personalization, and servanthood - guide our behavior and actions every day, from our leadership to every member of our staff.

With our continuum of care, our residents have access to the support, services, and living arrangements that meet their current needs - and we can seamlessly respond if those needs change.
