Join the American Red Cross as a Volunteer Connection Team Member and play a vital role in supporting our Regional Volunteer Services department. This position focuses on ensuring effective use of Volunteer Connection (VCN), our volunteer engagement system. As a member of this team, you will handle data entry, manage regional technical issues, share system updates, and collaborate on continuous improvement efforts to make Volunteer Connection more accessible and user-friendly.
Time Commitment: Approximately 5 hours per month, with flexibility in scheduling.
Location: 100% virtual role (work from home).
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data entry and technical systems, with a willingness to learn Volunteer Connection.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and guidance.
