Be part of a magical night of live symphonic music.
We’re looking for enthusiastic music lovers to help welcome and assist the audience at the
upcoming San Antonio Philharmonic Concerts! Get involved in a world-class cultural event
and be an essential part of the experience!
If drving in, please allow 10 - 15 minutes for parking. Please arrive no later than 5:30PM.
Dress in all black or dark colors and comfortable shoes.
Once you regiter/check-in you will have a quick orientation and given your assignment (Keep in mind assignments may change as needs arise). Volunteers are needed for:
✨ Assisting Patrons with stairs as needed
✨ Helping Patrons find their seats
✨ Parking App Assistance
✨ Ticket Scanning

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL RECIEVE:
- a San Antonio Philharmonic T shirt
- Two tickets to a future SA Philharmonic concert at the Scottish Rite (excludes concerts at other venues)
- Parking Reimbursement
- Snacks and Refreshments will be provided in the Volunteer Lounge
As a volunteer you will ensure an enjoyable experience for all concert-goers!

Description
When the San Antonio Symphony management ceased operations in June, 2022, the musicians - some of whom won their seats in the 1970s and '80s - were determined to preserve world-class music in San Antonio. With their formation of the San Antonio Philharmonic, we all have an historic opportunity to re-invent what an orchestra in the 21st century can be. One that reflects the spirit of our time and place. We invite all to take part and feel the pride.
