soQuiet, an organization dedicated to advocating and supporting people impacted by misophonia, misokinesia, and related sensory disorders, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic volunteer fundraiser to help us grow and expand our impact.

As a Volunteer Fundraiser, you will assist with any or all of the following:

• Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors (individuals, businesses, foundations).
• Help organize and manage fundraising events (e.g., online campaigns, auctions, community gatherings).
• Assist in writing grant proposals.
• Collaborate with our Board to achieve fundraising goals.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about our mission and committed to our values and Code of Ethics.
• Experienced with fundraising and/or grantwriting.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Creative, resourceful, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working virtually -- all volunteers are remote.
• Able to commit to at least 3 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
• People with misophonia or any disability are preferred.
