Ambulatory Infusion Volunteer

ORGANIZATION: UNC Health Pardee

Our AMP (Ambulartory Medical Patient) unit provides infusion treatments to patients diagnosed with health concerns such as Multipule Sclorosis, Sick Cell Disease, etc. The AMP volunteer is a Patient Facing role that focusing on supporting patients during their treatments and helping make their visits a little more comfortable. Volunteers in this role distribute patient care items such as warm blankets and snacks, as well as provide support and a listening ear.

UNC Health Pardee is a community-owned, non-profit hospital, managed by the UNC Health System.
