Our recipe for meaningful 1:1 friendships starts with a great match-based on personality, interests, and preferences. As a Community-Based Big, you’ll spend time with your Little exploring the community or hanging out at home, doing fun, low-cost activities like going to the park, crafting, watching movies, playing sports or attending match events hosted by KSBBBS.

Kansas Big Brothers Big Sisters is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of youth through one-to-one mentoring relationships.
We are a statewide organization with offices in Hays, Manhattan, Wichita, Newton, Hutchinson, Winfield, Lawrence, Topeka, Pittsburg, Emporia serving the surrounding areas. We offer volunteer opportunities for caring adult mentors to be matched with youth in a community based or school based matches as an individual, couple, or family match.
