We are seeking an events coordinator. The ideal candidate will have organizing experience and communicating experience. This person will need to network and multitask. This person will also need to input programs and execute. This person will need to ensure all performers, and attendees are appropriate and on time.

Take Trips MES (Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually) will work tirelessly to ensure that incarcerated and detention youth of color will benefit from adequate aftercare programs and services once they have been released from the system.
Description
TTMES stands for "Take Trips Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually."
As the recidivism rate among youth continues to rise, we must ask ourselves, "how do we deal with negative starts that don't steer us to positive travels?"
When youth of color are released from incarceration or detention centers, they often lack adequate support systems, care, and guidance. TTMES is here to remove the many barriers that prevent positive outcomes. We aim to empower youth of color and provide the tools necessary to heal from the damage of the incarceration system. We are committed to healing the hurt and providing the foundation that they need to succeed.
