Accessibility Team Lead - Pride Portland
Pride Portland is seeking an Accessibility Team Lead to execute inclusive practices for our event: Portland Pride Festival and Parade.
Role Overview:
- Advocate for and implement accessibility initiatives.
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners.
- Develop strategies for physical, digital, and programmatic accessibility.
- Provide training and resources to our team.
- Monitor and enhance our accessibility practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in accessibility planning or advocacy.
- Strong commitment to inclusion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative spirit and proactive approach.
