Accessibility Team Lead - Pride Portland

Pride Portland is seeking an Accessibility Team Lead to execute inclusive practices for our event: Portland Pride Festival and Parade.

Role Overview:

  • Advocate for and implement accessibility initiatives.
  • Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners.
  • Develop strategies for physical, digital, and programmatic accessibility.
  • Provide training and resources to our team.
  • Monitor and enhance our accessibility practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in accessibility planning or advocacy.
  • Strong commitment to inclusion.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and proactive approach.
