Indy Design Week 2025 is looking for talented volunteer photographers to help capture the energy, creativity, and community of this year’s event! As a volunteer photographer, you'll play a crucial role in documenting key moments, from engaging talks and hands-on workshops to networking events and the vibrant atmosphere of the festival.
What You’ll Do:- Capture event highlights, including speakers, panels, workshops, and candid moments.
- Provide high-quality images for social media, marketing, and future promotional materials.
- Work closely with the IDW team to cover specific sessions, venues, or special moments throughout the week.
- Edit and share a selection of best shots within a few days of the event for real-time and post-event use.
- All-access media pass to Indy Design Week 2025.
- Photo credit across Indy Design Week’s website, social media, and marketing materials.
- A chance to network with creative professionals and gain valuable event photography experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- This is a Done in a Day opportunity and there is no prior training or ongoing commitment needed.
- Driver's License Needed
- Must be at least 18
- Each of the shifts are split up to represent the time commitment and volunteers should expect to be on-site and photographing.
- Volunteer photographers must bring their own equipment, capture candid and posed shots in various lighting, and provide high-res edits within 1-2 weeks. A shot list & style guide will be provided on-site. Prior event photography experience is a plus!
