CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS:
What: For Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum (MMCM) annual Kids at Heart fundraiser. This year’s theme is Carnival. The children benefit from this fundraiser. The proceeds help bring as many children to MMCM as possible. Many families would not be able to come to MMCM without this fundraiser.
When: You can choose more than 1 shift
Event Clean Up: Friday, March 14, 2025
There are 3 shifts:
Shift 1: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Shift 2: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Shift 3: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Volunteers are needed for the following on Friday:
· Cleaning up the museum from previous night
· Reset the galleries
· Move left over items upstairs
Where: 315 W. Genesee Avenue, Saginaw MI 48602
Who: Must be at least 14 years old or older or in 9 th grade to volunteer during the set-up shifts on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday. 18 years or older at night of event.
Adult and Teen individuals
Sports teams from schools, semi-professional and professional
Fraternities, Sororities, Clubs, Honor Societies
Businesses that volunteer in the community
Service groups
The list goes on and on!
Why: MMCM’s contribution to the community is made by hosting fundraisers and special events throughout the year. Volunteers are a crucial part of a successful fundraiser.
