Live-In Volunteer Opportunity: Evening Companion at Erik's Ranch & Retreats, Montana

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with autism and looking for a meaningful living experience? Erik's Ranch & Retreats in Montana is seeking a compassionate live-in volunteer to engage with our members during evening hours!
Position Overview
Location: Montana ranch in Paradise Valley
Commitment: One 4-hour evening volunteer shift per week (Every Monday)
Housing: Private furnished apartment on the ranch at a reduced rate of $700 per month
Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer,you'll play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our members with autism. Typically, you will be with 4 - 6 members at a time.Your primary duties will include:
Spending quality time with members during evening hours
Facilitating social interactions and activities
Assisting with evening routines as needed
Supporting members in pursuing their interests and hobbies
Creating a warm, inclusive environment for all

Can create a calm and supportive evening environment
Is reliable, responsible, and self-motivated

Welcome to Erik’s Ranch & Retreats. A solution that was born out of love. And need. We proudly offer a first-of-its kind living, working and social environment for young adults with autism. Not only are both locations home to young adults with autism, but what sets Erik’s Ranch & Retreats apart is that these young adults operate the boutique-style guest accommodations at our two destination locations: the Retreat in Edina, Minn., and Erik’s Ranch, in Paradise Valley, Mont.
