The YWCA Metropolitan Chicago provides child sexual abuse and sexual assault prevention education to DuPage County, IL students in grades K-12. Our programs equip students, educators, parents, and professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, and respond to abusive behaviors.
We have experienced a growing demand for printed materials in multiple languages. To address this need, we are seeking volunteer certified translators to support the translation of essential resources related to the prevention of child sexual abuse and sexual assault. Current languages requested include Polish, Ukrainian, Urdu, and Arabic. This is a remote volunteer opportunity with flexible hours.
If you are interested in supporting the YWCA's work to eliminating sexual violence, please contact us. Your help can make a significant difference in keeping children safe.
