This year, National Volunteer Week is April 20-26. This week-long celebration honors the incredible impact of volunteers and the difference they make in their communities.
Volunteer with us on Tuesday, April 22nd, and get ready to spark a love of reading in children with our next Literacy Kit project! These interactive kits transform storytime into a fun, hands-on adventure with engaging props and activities that make reading magical for both parents and kids. As a volunteer, you’ll unleash your creativity while assembling these kits at our office, knowing that each one will inspire young minds in our community. Once completed, these kits will be shared with local children through United Way-funded agencies, making a lasting impact. Kids 8 and up are welcome!
