Self Care Kit Now thru June 30th. Whether you want to volunteer as an individual or organize a group, CHS remote volunteer projects allow you to make a difference in the lives of children and families in your area by creating your own project and plan. This project is completed at your location. This is a virtual opportunity.

Detailed Description

Can you help us thank our team members? Sign up to host a supply drive personally or within an organization. This is a remote volunteer project that is completed at your location and convenience. To get started, share your supply drive with your friends, family and neighbors. All materials must be in new, pre-packaged condition. Designate a location for items to be collected. Once your supply drive is complete, contact the CHS team member to coordinate delivery. Supplies will be shared with our hard-working counselors, teachers, and case managers. Complete this volunteer sign up www.chsf.volunteerhub.com to register your project. There is no limit to how many hours you can receive. Some suggested items: Something to Drink (5.00 Dunkin, Walmart, Target, or Starbucks gift card, etc.) Something to Eat (chocolate, candy, gum, snacks, etc.) Something Inspirational or Funny (coffee mug, picture frames, etc.) Something Cozy (i.e. stuffed animal, throw blanket, fuzzy socks, etc.) Something That Smells Good (candles, essential oil sprays, lotion etc.) Something for Pampering (eye masks, face masks, bath bombs, etc.) To get started please complete a profile on our volunteer website https://chsfl.volunteerhub.com and register under "Self-Care Kit." Register for how many events according to how many hours you are in need of. Example-each event represents 2 hours, if you are in need of 8 hours -register for four days. Your kit must contain at least 5 items and be received by March 31st. Each kit will earn you 2 hours of volunteer time.
