Join us in sparking the journey of the next generation. Become a mentor, guide their dreams, and empower them to reach beyond what they thought possible. Together, we can create a future filled with limitless potential. Start making a difference today!

Our flexible mentorship programs can fit into your schedule:  

  • High School Mentorship (1 year): Weekly contact, monthly coaching with Spark, in-person meetings encouraged  

  • Year Up Mentorship ( 5 months): Weekly contact, monthly coaching with Spark, in-person meetings optional  

Requirements:  

  • 21+ years old  

  • Associate degree or higher  

  • DMV metropolitan resident  

You don't need to have a perfect roadmap. You just need to be present, listen deeply, and share the wisdom from your own journey.
