Do you love planning events? Are you a logistics mastermind who thrives on tracking details and keeping things running smoothly? Special Olympics North Carolina (SONC) is looking for dedicated Event Manager to help plan and orchestrate the Summer Games.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with the SONC staff to plan out the 2025 Summer Games
- Assist in making schedules and checklists to organize the event
- Help coordinate all activities during the Summer Games problem solving as needed
- Work with volunteers to ensure all events have adequate staffing
Time Commitment:
- Attendance at our kickoff call on March 6, 2025
- Likely one day a week leading up to the Summer Games to plan logistics
- Potentially on-site visits to venues in Raleigh & Cary, NC
- Event weekend: May 30 - June 1, 2025
