Special Olympics NC - Summer Games Logistics Manager Needed!

ORGANIZATION: Special Olympics North Carolina

Do you love planning events? Are you a logistics mastermind who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? Special Olympics North Carolina (SONC) is looking for dedicated Venue Logistics Volunteers to help orchestrate the non-competition aspects of the 2025 Summer Games!

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate event logistics-equipment delivery, setup, teardown, and more
  • Ensure smooth operations at venues in Raleigh and Cary
  • Work with volunteers & medical teams to support athletes and guests
  • Distribute meals & supplies to keep everyone fueled for the fun

Time Commitment:

  • Attendance at our kickoff call on March 6, 2025
  • Likely one day a week leading up to the Summer Games to plan logistics
  • On-site visits to venues in Raleigh & Cary, NC
  • Event weekend: May 30 - June 1, 2025
