A Home of Their Own is committed to saving as many dogs and cats as we can while finding them the best possible forever homes. Once an animal is adopted, we will offer education, training, outreach and support to create a community of happy adopters and their pets.

If you care about dogs and are looking to set up the perfect bond between them and their, join AHOTO as a dog applicant meet and greet liaison! Volunteers play a critical role in successful adoptions by introducing dogs and family to their new best friend, discussing the adoptable dogs in AHOTO’s care, and reporting on the encounter to the Dog Manager.
