About Us:

HydraEarth Network is a new initiative dedicated to promoting environmental health through clean energy solutions, critical mineral extraction, water purification, and workforce development. We aim to build hands-on training programs and partnerships to empower individuals, especially from underrepresented communities, with the skills needed to drive the future of clean energy and water innovation.

We are looking for passionate volunteers to join our team as we develop and launch our core programs. Whether you have experience in project management, program development, or stakeholder engagement-or are eager to grow in these areas-we invite you to apply!

Open Volunteer Roles:

1. Program Developer

Help design and build innovative training and workforce development programs focused on clean energy, water sustainability, and environmental careers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Research and design program content.

* Develop frameworks for hands-on training, internships, and partnerships.

* Collaborate with the team to align program goals with community and industry needs.

2. Project Manager

Support the planning and coordination of HydraEarth Network’s key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

* Coordinate across team members and partners to ensure smooth execution.

* Assist with grant applications, proposals, and reporting.

3. External Relations Manager

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential partners in clean energy, water, and workforce sectors.

* Represent HydraEarth Network in meetings, events, and outreach efforts.

* Support external communications and collaboration efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

* Passion for environmental sustainability, clean energy, and workforce development.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* (Preferred) Experience in any of the following: program design, project management, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement.
