About Newport County Impact 100:
Newport County Impact 100 is a philanthropic organization dedicated to empowering women to make a collective impact through high-impact grantmaking. We support nonprofit organizations that drive positive change in our community.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Volunteer to help promote our mission, engage with the community, and enhance our outreach efforts. This is an unpaid volunteer position, ideal for someone looking to gain marketing experience while making a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and the organization's website.
• Assist in the design of marketing materials, including flyers, event invitations, and promotional graphics.
• Support event promotion and coordinate marketing efforts for fundraising and membership initiatives.
• Engage with the community and maintain relationships with local media, partners, and sponsors.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Passion for community impact and nonprofit work.
• Experience or interest in marketing, communications, or social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and creative skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and email marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Time Commitment:

• Flexible schedule, estimated 5-10 hours per month.
• Occasional attendance at events or meetings.
