Position:Volunteer Administrative Officer (USA Operations)
Location: Remote (with occasional in-person tasks in California)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Volunteer Administrative Officer to oversee and manage our administrative operations in the USA. This role will involve critical tasks to help establish and support our organizational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open a Bank Account: Facilitate the process of setting up a business bank account for the nonprofit.
  • Find an Office Space: Research and identify potential office locations in California that meet the organization's needs and budget.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with handling official documentation, liaising with local vendors, and maintaining organizational records.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the international team to ensure smooth communication and alignment on administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit operations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Located in California or able to assist with in-person tasks when required.
