Elara Caring Hospice, a local hospice agency based out of Akron and Mentor locations, is looking for individuals who can sew and make memory bears, pillows or lap blankets for our hospice patients and their families. Material is provided from one or more of our patient's and will be given to the family as a cherished memory of their loved one. This opportunity can be done remotely - that's right, you can volunteer right out of your own home and flexible with time available!
Thank you for considering us! We appreciate your time and your generosity. Please reach out to our Hospice Volunteer Coordinator with any questions you may have about getting started.
