San Francisco SCORE is seeking a Volunteer Workshop Coordinator to help plan, organize, and execute educational workshops for small business owners and entrepreneurs. This role is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting local businesses, event coordination, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

* Take the lead in scheduling and coordinating workshops, webinars, and special events.

· Find new speakers for the workshop program.

* Communicate with workshop presenters, ensuring they have the necessary materials and support.

* Manage event logistics, including venue setup (for in-person events) and online platform management, Zoom (for virtual events). Most events are virtual.

* Promote workshops through email, social media, and local outreach.

* Track attendance, gather feedback, and help improve future events.

Ideal Candidate:

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Comfortable with event planning and coordination.

* Basic knowledge of Zoom, Constant Contact, and social media platforms (or willingness to learn).

* Interest in small business development and mentorship.

* A proactive and collaborative attitude.
