As one of Northern Virginia's largest minority-led nonprofit organizations, we serve nearly 4,000 immigrant, Latino, first-generation college students and parents each year, helping youth build a path to high school graduation and college success through our Emerging Leaders Program.

The purpose of the career panel is to present the students with diverse career options and the different professional and technical/intermediate pathways to invest in their own futures after graduating from high school. This is a great opportunity to help provide mentoring to students as a one-time commitment. You will be part of a panel of 4 - 6 professionals from a variety of backgrounds who you will get to network with. No materials preparation needed.
