The Williamson County Institute for Excellence in Nonprofits (The Institute) is expanding and seeking a part time volunteer Program Manager. The Institute is a nonprofit organization created to help nonprofits serving the Williamson County community learn and apply the principles of organizational excellence. Whether your organization is looking to solve some challenging organization or Board issues, identify best practices, or just need consultation or facilitation, The Institute should be your first call. The Institute has a team of Subject Matter Experts who provide pro bono support.

Services via the Executive Director and Subject Matter Experts (Volunteers):
Assessments: We help your organizations’ performance by providing feedback through Institute Assessments
Training: Our Trainings offered teach helpful methods to improve organizational performance. Training examples include webinars, lunch and learns, seminars, workshops, and more!
Facilitation/Consulting: We can assist your organization with creating strategic plans that identify organizational goals, objectives, and action plans.
