Girls on the Run is a non-profit organization for girls in 3rd-8th grade. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
At the completion of each season, the girls participate in a celebratory 5k. Completing a 5k gives the girls a tangible sense of achievement as well as a framework for setting and achieving life goals. The results are the same--making the seemingly impossible, possible.
Please join us as a volunteer for the spring season's 5k! We are in need of volunteers to assist with registration, packet pickup, parking, course direction, volunteer sparkle runners (runs with girls who do not have a running buddy) and event breakdown/clean up. We promise a fun time!
