Position Title: Records Management Volunteer

Division: South Florida National Parks & Preserve (SOFL) Administration & Business Management


Overview:

Join the South Florida National Parks & Preserve (SOFL) Administration & Business Management Division as a Records Management Volunteer. In this role, you will assist with essential records management tasks, contributing to the organization and maintenance of the division’s paper and electronic documents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain financial records, travel logs, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist with the disposition of records in compliance with federal regulations and park policies.
  • Support electronic records management processes, including data entry and digital filing.
  • Help ensure proper records retention and archiving for property and equipment documentation.
  • Provide clerical support, including scanning, filing, and preparing documents for audits or reviews.

*Work will be based out of Everglades National Park near Homestead


*Days and times are flexible: 1-2 days per week; 2-4 hours per day; Monday-Friday

Start Date - 2025-02-03

End Date - 2025-07-01
